Welcome
I am a Senior Data Scientist at Cruisebound and an Applied Statistics PhD Candidate at the University of Maryland, College Park
.
I am currently interested in statistical properties of deep neural network models, specifically with respect to fairness, adversarially robustness, and Bayesian double descent.
History
I received my B.A. in Mathematics and Physics, both with distinction, from Connecticut College in May 2019. I received my M.S. in Applied Mathematics & Statistics, and Scientific Computation with an application in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Maryland, College Park in December 2024.
Previously, I was a mathematical modeling researcher at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START) . My research focused on the application of statistical, computational, and mathematical methodologies to model and analyze the behavior of violent non-state actors, including natural language processing, machine learning, and stochastic processes.
